Join us every Thursday from 6-9pm at Byblos for a mouthwatering Mediterranean Dinner Buffet curated by owner and chef, Marios Hedary. Enjoy a spread of over one dozen flavorful main dishes, an array of fresh salads and appetizers, decadent traditional desserts, and endless coffee and non-alcoholic beverages for just $18.95 per person.
From the moment you step into Byblos, the air is filled with the tantalizing scents of freshly grilled meats, warm spices, and savory herbs. There’s so much for every taste—succulent kebabs, perfectly roasted leg of lamb and juicy baked, lemon & garlic chicken. Creamy hummus and velvety baba ganoushe are ready to be scooped up with warm, soft pita bread fresh out of the oven.
On the other side, you'll find a colorful spread of crisp salads: Fattouch with ripe tomatoes, cucumber and romaine and tabbouli bursting with fresh parsley, mint, and lemon. Vegetarian lentil soup and falafel round out the vibrant feast.
But it doesn't stop there—dessert awaits with heavenly baklava, rich with walnuts, pistachios and rose water syrup, alongside sweet, delicate rice pudding which pairs with our strong coffee to give that perfect finish.
