APPETIZERS
MAZZA
Traditional Lebanese hors d’oeuvre, small servings of many different dishes.  In the Lebanese custom, whenever there is a cause of celebration or a happy occasion, Mezza is to be served.  So we invite you to try this assortment of over a dozen appetizers and salads from our daily selection.  It’s a great way to introduce you to our menu.
HOMMUS BIT-TAHINI
Tasty Lebanese dip made with Garbanzo beans, sesame paste, lemon juice and garlic.
BATINJAN MTABBLE (Baba Ganuge)
Tasty Lebanese dip made with charbroiled eggplant mashed with sesame paste, lemon juice and garlic.
JEBNE (Feta Cheese)
Sliced Feta cheese served with sliced tomatoes and cucumbers.
MOUSAKKA
Pan fried eggplant topped with cooked tomatoes, Garbanzo beans, seasoned with garlic, mint and olive oil.
SAMBOUSECK BEL-LAHM
Thinly rolled half-circle shaped dough stuffed with ground sirloin, onions and pine nuts then skillet fried.
SAMBOUSECK
Thinly rolled half-circle shaped dough stuffed with Feta cheese, spinach and onions then skillet fried.
BIZZAK
Six large snails sautéed in garlic and lemon sauce with mushrooms.
BIZZAK BIT-TARATOR
Six large snails sautéed in garlic with mushrooms and topped with tarator (sesame paste) sauce.
ARAMISH
Our home made sliced pita bread topped with melted low-fat Mozzarella cheese and zatar (a blend of oregano, sumak, olive oil and sesame seeds) with a hint of fresh tomatoes and scallions.
SALAD TRIO
A generous portion of the three most delicious appetizers: hommus bit-tahini, batinjan mtabble, and tabulli.



SALADS
FATTOOSH SALAD
Freshly cut tomatoes, cucumbers and red onions tossed with toasted pita and flavored with Byblos’ famous homemade lemon, garlic and sumak dressing.
TABBULLI SALAD
Made fresh daily with finely chopped parsley, diced tomatoes, green onions and tossed with crushed bulgar (cracked wheat) seasoned with fresh mint, freshly squeezed lemon juice and olive oil.
CEDAR SALAD
Freshly cut lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions and mushrooms tossed with garlic lemon
dressing piled high like the cedars of Lebanon with avocados.
FETA SALAD (Greek Salad)
Sliced lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions and Feta cheese tossed in garlic lemon dressing
topped with Calamata Greek olives.
SPINACH SALAD
Freshly tossed sliced spinach, red onions and mushrooms flavored with lemon garlic dressing.
BALILA OR FOUL MEDAMMAS
Garbanzo or Fava beans slightly mashed and flavored with garlic, lemon and olive oil. Served hot.
SOUP’N SALAD
Our daily soup served with the Fattoosh salad.

House salad with entrees
You may substitute any beef dish with lamb - add $

1.    ABLAMA
Baby yellow squash stuffed with ground sirloin, onions and pine nuts topped with fresh diced tomatoes and served with our unique Vermicelli rice.
2.    SHAIK AL MAHSHE
Eggplant topped with our seasoned ground sirloin, onions, pine nuts and fresh diced tomatoes,
Served with our unique Vermicelli rice.
3.    MAHSHE WARAK MALFUF
Cabbage leaves rolled with ground sirloin and rice topped with tomato, lemon, garlic and mint.
4.    FARUJE MAHSHE
Rock Cornish Game Hen stuffed with sirloin, rice and pine nuts and baked to perfection.
Order this dish as soon as you arrive if you are short on time to allow 20 minutes cooking time.
5.    SHISH TAWUK
Low fat and low cholesterol.  Marinated tender breast of chicken, skewered with tomatoes, onions, bell peppers and mushrooms.  Charbroiled on an open flame grill and served on a bed of Vermicelli rice.
6.    KAFTA BIL SANIA
Seasoned ground sirloin mixed with parsley, onions and topped with sliced red potatoes, tomatoes, then baked in our brick oven and served with Byblos’ famous Vermicelli rice.
7.    MASBOHET AL DARWIESH
A variety of fresh seasonal vegetables; eggplant, carrots, mushrooms, squash and bell peppers are sautéed with beef and seasoned with a splash of wine.
8.    FALAFEL PLATE
Garbanzo beans, Fava beans, cilantro & parsley ground together, enhanced with garlic, onions, coriander & other spices.  Shaped into balls and fried in olive oil.  Served with fresh vegetables,
pickles and tarator sauce.
9.    DAJAJ BIL RIZ
De-boned tender chicken baked with rice & ground sirloin seasoned with cinnamon, topped with pine nuts.
10.    SHAWARMA PLATTER
Thinly sliced chicken or beef grilled with onions and tomatoes topped with tarator sauce and
served with Vermicelli rice (Lebanese version of fajitas)
11.    BYBLOS ROASTED CHICKEN
½ Chicken marinated in thyme and sumak and slowly baked with carrots until golden, then topped
with lemon, garlic and cilantro sauce.
12.    ROASTED LEG OF LAMB
Lamb shank that falls of the bone, roasted slowly to perfection with seasonal vegetables and flavored with a lightly spiced garlic, cilantro, lemon and hot pepper sauce.  Served with Vermicelli rice on the side.



STEAKS AND SEAFOOD
You may request your steak to be made into a shish kabob, which will be served on a bed of rice.


13.     NEW YORK STRIP
12 oz. New York Strip charbroiled on an open flame grill served with skewered roasted vegetables
and skillet fried potatoes, or let our chef make it into a kabob and serve it on rice.
14.    ABO ZOOZ PLATTER
Center cut pork loin pan fried in olive oil and seasoned with lemon.  Served with grilled seasonal
vegetables and skillet fried potatoes.
15.    RIBEYE STEAK
Tender and juicy 12 oz. Ribeye steak seasoned and charbroiled on an open flame grill.  Served with seasonal grilled vegetables and skillet fried potatoes.
16.    LAMB STEAK
Lean and tender 8 oz. domestic lamb seasoned and charbroiled on an open flame grill, served with charbroiled seasonal vegetables and skillet fried potatoes.
17. RED SNAPPER (available when in season)Market Price
Fresh whole, Red Snapper oven-baked with sliced potatoes.  Served with our tarator sauce.

SANDWICHES AND PIZZA

FALAFEL SANDWICH

Lebanese bread stuffed with Falafel, lettuce, tomatoes, assorted pickles and topped with tarator sauce.
SHAWARMA SANDWICH
Your choice of seasoned sliced chicken, beef or lamb charbroiled with tomatoes and onions and
rolled in our homemade Lebanese bread and topped with tarator.
FTAYIR
Our own bread crust shaped onto a triangle and stuffed with your choice of spinach, Feta cheese,
Monterey Jack cheese, or combination.  You may also combine both cheeses - add $
LAHM BIL AJEN (Lebanese Pizza)
Our bread crust topped with sirloin, fresh tomatoes, onions, parsley and spices.
MANAQUISHE
A mixture of zaatar (oregano), sesame seeds, sumak, diced tomatoes, chives and olive oil tops our
bread crust and baked in our brick oven.
BRICK OVEN BAKED PIZZA
Bread crust topped with tomato sauce, Monterey Jack cheese and sirloin baked in our brick
oven. Additional topping .$: eggplant, Feta cheese, spinach, mushrooms.

SOUPS

ADDAS BIL-HAMOD SOUP
The perfect vegetarian soup made with fresh chopped spinach, potatoes and lentils.  Seasoned
with vegetable broth, lemon juice and coriander.
LAMB AND VEGETABLE SOUP
Homemade daily with lamb shank meat and seasonal vegetables with noodles.

DESSERTS

KATAIFI (Baklava) 
Shredded pastry shaped like a birds’ nest filled with pistachios and topped with Rose Water syrup, made on the premises.
KANAFI BIL-JEBIN
Crispy Danish crust topped with sweet hot cheese and sprinkled with pistachio and hot syrup.
AISH AL-SARIA
Soon to be famous.  Homemade layers of sweet caramel crust covered with a layer of creamy
milk pudding with a sprinkle of pistachios and orange blossom water caramel syrup.
CHEESE CAKE
Different flavors available - ask for the flavor of the day.
COCONUT ICE CREAM
Vanilla ice cream rolled in coconut and topped with chocolate syrup..
IRISH CREAM DELIGHT
Vanilla ice cream topped with imported country Irish cream; contains alcohol.
